Terry D. Bryan and Laird Simons

TDB was founded in 1999 by Terry D. Bryan, a United States Marine and Purple Heart recipient who served as Chairman and CEO until his retirement at the end of 2017, and Laird Simons, Founding President. Their model of hiring veterans first and measuring everything is still how the company runs.
