Accessibility statement
We build for the people who use government services, so this site is built to be used by everyone.
Our commitment
TDB Communications is committed to making www.tdbgov.us accessible to people with disabilities. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the standards of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings, and a skip link on every page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, tabs, and the cookie consent dialog, with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast at or above 4.5:1 for body text, including on purple and gold backgrounds.
- Text that scales to 200% without loss of content, and layouts that reflow for mobile screens.
- Animations that respect the operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
Our careers portal is operated by a third party (Paycom) and is outside our direct control. If you have trouble applying there, email us and we'll take your application another way.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site is hard for you to use, we want to hear about it. Email info@tdbgov.com with "Website accessibility" in the subject line. Include the page address and a description of the problem, and we'll respond within two business days.
